Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes between 1 to 3 business days, depending on the shipping destination and local logistics conditions. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, strikes, or regulatory restrictions may occasionally lead to delays. LYDC London shall not be held liable for any such delays arising due to force majeure events beyond our control.

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders, with no additional delivery charges applied at checkout. Upon dispatch, customers will receive a shipping confirmation along with the respective docket number, which can be used to track the shipment directly via the courier company’s website.

In instances where the delivery address provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or non-serviceable by our courier partners, the shipment will be returned to the origin. Customers may be contacted to reconfirm delivery details for re-dispatch.

Where an order contains multiple products, and certain items are temporarily unavailable, LYDC London reserves the right to dispatch the available items independently to avoid delay. The remaining items will be shipped separately upon availability, at no additional cost to the customer.

At LYDC London, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.

Customers may initiate a return within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and returned in its original condition with all tags, seals, and packaging intact. We attach a tamper-evident seal to each item, and any product with a broken or removed seal will not be eligible for return under any circumstances. Additionally, items that appear worn or used will not be accepted.

We arrange reverse pickups for approved return requests, and the return shipping cost is fully borne by LYDC London. No amount will be deducted from the customer’s refund for return shipping.

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment. Once the returned item has been received and verified at our warehouse, the refund will be initiated within 24 business hours. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take a few additional days to reflect in your account.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we kindly request that you record a short video of the unboxing and send it to us at contact@lydclondon.in. Once verified, we will initiate a full refund without any additional questions.

We offer exchanges on eligible items; however, only one exchange is permitted per order. The replacement product must also comply with our return conditions.
