Return & Refund Policy
At LYDC London, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.
Customers may initiate a return within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Products must be unused and returned in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and tamper-evident seals intact. Any item received with a broken seal or showing signs of use will not qualify for return under any circumstances.
Return and exchange requests must be initiated through the “Return / Exchange” link available on our website homepage (www.lydclondon.in). Requests made via email are handled strictly in exceptional cases, such as for damaged or incorrect items.
Upon approval of a return request, LYDC London will coordinate a reverse pickup from the customer’s registered delivery address. Customers will not bear any cost for return shipping. No restocking or administrative fees shall be deducted, and refunds will be processed at the full invoiced value.
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Once the returned item is received and successfully passes our internal quality check at the warehouse,the refund will be initiated within forty-eight (48) business hours. The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider. For orders placed through Cash on Delivery (COD), customers will be required to provide their bank account details at the time of initiating the return. The refund will then be credited directly to the specified bank account.
In the event that a product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, customers must record a brief video of the unboxing and share it with our support team at contact@lydclondon.in. Upon verification, a full refund or a replacement will be processed without delay or further inquiry.
Exchanges are permitted only once per order and are subject to the same eligibility criteria as returns. Following receipt and inspection of the originally delivered item, LYDC London will initiate dispatch of the replacement product. The delivery timeline for exchanged items may extend up to fifteen (15) days from the date of warehouse receipt.
We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges for items that do not meet the stated conditions. This policy is designed to ensure both hygiene and fairness in our post purchase processes.
