Once dispatched, delivery generally takes between 1 to 3 business days, depending on the shipping destination and local logistics conditions. In instances where the delivery address provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or non-serviceable by our courier partners, the shipment will be returned to the origin. Customers may be contacted to reconfirm delivery details for re-dispatch.

Where an order contains multiple products, and certain items are temporarily unavailable, LYDC London reserves the right to dispatch the available items independently to avoid delay. The remaining items will be shipped separately upon availability, at no additional cost to the customer.
