At LYDC London, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery experience for our customers across India. We currently ship exclusively within India through a network of reputed courier partners to ensure reliable and timely service.

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes between 1 to 3 business days, depending on the shipping destination and local logistics conditions. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, strikes, or regulatory restrictions may occasionally lead to delays. LYDC London shall not be held liable for any such delays arising due to force majeure events beyond our control.

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders, with no additional delivery charges applied at checkout. Upon dispatch, customers will receive a shipping confirmation along with the respective docket number, which can be used to track the shipment directly via the courier company’s website.

In instances where the delivery address provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or non-serviceable by our courier partners, the shipment will be returned to the origin. Customers may be contacted to reconfirm delivery details for re-dispatch.

Where an order contains multiple products, and certain items are temporarily unavailable, LYDC London reserves the right to dispatch the available items independently to avoid delay. The remaining items will be shipped separately upon availability, at no additional cost to the customer.
