No, we offer free shipping on all orders—no minimum purchase required.

Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive tracking updates via WhatsApp or SMS on your registered mobile number. You can also track your order anytime using the “Track Your Order” link available on the home page of our website. Alternatively, you can click the WhatsApp icon on our home page to access your order details and tracking updates.

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with the tags and seal intact. If the seal is broken or the item is worn, the return will not be accepted.

To request a return or exchange, simply click on the “Return / Exchange” link available on our home page. You can raise a request within 7 days from the date of delivery. In case of a return, you will receive a 100% refund with no deductions and no questions asked. In case of an exchange, we will dispatch the new product of your choice after we receive the original item at our warehouse. Exchange usually takes about 15 days to reach you. Email-based requests are handled only as an exception.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 48 business hours after the returned product passes our quality check. If you paid online (via UPI, debit/credit card, etc.), the amount will be credited to the same account. If you paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), you will be asked to enter your bank details while generating the return. Your refund will be processed to that bank account. We do not deduct any charges—you get a full 100% refund.

Yes, we allow one exchange per order. The item must meet the same return conditions and will be processed once the original item is received and verified.

If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please shoot a short unboxing video and email it to contact@lydclondon.in. Upon verification, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Yes, we do offer Cash on Delivery without any additional charges.
